Who We Are
Established in 1997 by Milan & Palmu Bomzon, Hotel Ratnagiri has been a cherished landmark for travellers visiting Mirik for nearly three decades. Built on values of warmth, sincerity, and genuine hospitality, the hotel has become a trusted home for generations of guests - many of whom return year after year, becoming part of our extended Ratnagiri family.
As the founding couple steps into a well-deserved retirement, a new chapter in their lives begins. The hotel is now under new management with operational responsibilities being transferred to their niece, Chogelma Ghising. She continues the legacy with the same pride, care and commitment that have defined Ratnagiri since its beginning.
